Does Dr. Wages require a consultation? How much is it? For all elective surgical procedures Dr. Wages requires a consultation visit. You can choose either a secure, virtual consultation or an in-office consultation. The virtual consultation is a safe, HIPPA compliant portal that enables you to meet with Dr. Wages online for 30 minutes to discuss your area of interest and costs $150. In-office consultations are a (1) hour appointment that cost $250. Consultation fees are credited to your surgery. If you cancel 48 hours before your consultation, we will refund your deposit.

Why do I need to provide an ID? Not only do we want to make sure we are treating the right Jane or John Smith, but it's nice to be able to put a face to the name. Our system allows us to upload your picture, so we know who you are before you get here.
How often do forms need to be updated? Our patients medical history and demographic information need to be updated on a yearly basis.
